Niagara & Hamilton

You run the business. We'll run the tech.

One local team for your website, POS and everything in between. If it breaks on a Saturday, you know who to call.

Which one is you?

Pick the one that stings most. We'll show you what fixes it.

  • That sounds like Connect: keep the tools you have, linked so a change in one updates the rest.

    What Connect includes

How people buy changed. Your systems should too.

Customers used to walk in and pay at the counter. Now they find you on Google, check stock or book a time on their phone, order ahead, and expect it all to just work.

Most independent businesses are running all of that on a patchwork of apps that don't talk to each other. We bring it together, so online and in person feel like one business rather than two.

What we do

Four ways we help.

Every project gets a fixed price, quoted for your business and agreed in writing before we start. No surprises on the bill.

Not sure if you need Switch or Connect? That's the first thing we'll tell you.

Build

Get it right the first time.

  • Website or online store, designed and built for your business
  • Products, menus and pages set up and ready to go
  • New location setup: POS, Wi-Fi, devices and staff accounts ready on opening day
  • Training so you can make simple updates yourself
  • Google Business Profile built and verified

Switch

Your system is the problem. We replace it.

  • An honest answer first, including whether switching is worth it at all
  • Products, customers and sales history moved over and checked
  • The new system set up for how you actually run: staff roles, taxes, receipts, hardware
  • Staff trained before go-live, not after
  • Someone with you on go-live day

Connect

Your systems are fine. They just don't talk.

  • No new system to learn: a map of the tools you already use, what to connect and what to cut
  • Website, online store and POS linked, so stock, menus and prices update together
  • Orders, bookings and payments landing in one place
  • Daily sales summaries and low-stock alerts sent to you automatically
  • Written opening, closing and training checklists for staff

Launch Care

Your tech, looked after.

  • Updates, fixes and security for everything we set up
  • Menu, product, price and hours changes handled for you
  • Same-business-day response, with priority if your POS goes down during opening hours
  • A short monthly summary of what we handled

Month to month, no lock-in. Your first 30 days after any project are included.

We meet you where you are.

  1. Getting going

You need to look legitimate online and take payments properly.

  2. Established and busy

Business is good, but you're doing too much by hand.

  3. Growing past one location

What worked for one store is breaking at three.

From first message to ongoing care.

  1. Tell us what you're working with

Use the form below. We reply with a straight answer and a fixed price, usually the same business day.

  2. We fix it

Build, Switch or Connect, at a fixed price agreed before any work starts.

  3. 30 days of support, included

Fixes, training and questions after launch, on us. New features are a new quote, so you're never surprised by a bill.

  4. Launch Care

We keep it all running, month to month, no lock-in.

Four reasons local businesses hire us.

One team for all of it.

No juggling a web person, a POS rep and an IT guy who each blame the other two.

We answer.

Same business day, every time. If your POS is down during opening hours, you go to the front of the line.

We tell you the truth.

If you don't need something, we'll say so. That includes telling you not to switch when switching isn't worth it.

We've done the job.

Ten years across retail, POS and running an operation. We know what happens at 5pm on a Saturday.

What we have built.

The JC Patissier homepage: the shop name over a photo of the pastry case, with buttons to visit or call

Patisserie & café, Thorold, Ontario

A custom-coded site, rebuilt from scratch. Menu, story and visit details on one fast page, so customers can find the hours and the crepe list on a phone without calling.

Who we are

Two founders. One team for your tech.

Launch started with a simple frustration: local businesses kept getting let down by their tech help. Freelancers who disappeared. Agencies that sold them things they did not need. Systems nobody explained.

We're Ali and Ali, born and raised in Niagara, and we built Launch to be the team we'd want if we were running a shop.

Ali Syed

Technical Delivery

Builds websites and looks after the systems behind them: cloud, security and IT. He leads every build and keeps it running after launch.

Ali Imran

Strategy & Sales

Spent his career in sales and retail technology, most recently helping retailers set up and run their POS at Shopify. He leads strategy, client relationships, and store and POS setups.

What we promise every client

  • We reply the same business day.
  • We give you a fixed price before we start.
  • We tell you when you don't need something.
  • We stick around after launch.

Questions people actually ask.

No. We know Shopify inside out, but we also work with Square, Clover, Lightspeed, WordPress and others. We'll tell you honestly whether switching is worth it.

Tell us what you're working with.

We'll come back with a straight answer and a fixed price, not a pitch deck. Usually the same business day.

What do you need?

The more detail, the better the answer.

Privacy policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

Launch Marketing (“we”, “us”) is a digital agency operating in Niagara and Hamilton, Ontario. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

1. Accountability

We are responsible for the personal information under our control. Questions about this policy can be directed to info@launchmktg.ca.

2. What we collect

The only personal information this website collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, the service you pick if any, and the message you write.

We do not use analytics software, tracking pixels, advertising tags, session recording, or third-party cookies. The site loads its fonts and images from its own server; no third party is contacted when you browse it.

3. Why we collect it, and your consent

We use what you submit for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. We do not add it to marketing lists, profile you, or use it to make automated decisions about you.

Submitting the form is your consent to that use. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.

4. Service providers

We use an email delivery provider to send the notification generated when you submit the form. Your submission passes through that provider's systems for that delivery. They process it on our behalf, and their servers may be outside Canada, which means your information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is stored or processed.

Our hosting provider processes standard server request data as a technical necessity of serving the site. We do not use it to identify visitors.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

5. Retention

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our correspondence, generally no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us. If you become a client, we keep records for the engagement and for the period the law requires. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.

6. Safeguards

Information is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored in access-controlled email accounts protected by strong authentication. Access is limited to the two people who run Launch Marketing.

7. Access and correction

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, see it, and have it corrected. Email info@launchmktg.ca and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.

8. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Material changes to how we use existing information will not be applied without notice.
